Meet Ernie
Ernie Tai is an author and speaker on leadership, management, and the sacred overlap between work and meaning. A jazz musician at heart - he finds joy in creative collaboration, whether launching a medical device, mentoring a startup, or jamming with friends.
In addition to his work in philanthropy, non-profit work, and board directorships, he serves as President and CEO of a global manufacturing company and is a storyteller, teacher, and lifelong builder of products, teams, and ideas.
Ernie holds a patent in microscopy and has helped bring to life everything from molecular biology tech, stem cell tools, and diagnostics to motorcycle cup holders. He loves good food, believes cooking is an act of love, and still thinks the best ideas start with a dream, a conversation, a whiteboard, and a really good playlist.
