Ernie Tai is the President and CEO of a global manufacturing company, as well as a storyteller, teacher, and lifelong builder—of products, teams, and ideas. A jazz musician at heart, he finds joy in creative collaboration, whether launching a medical device, mentoring a startup, or jamming with friends. He speaks and writes about leadership, faith, and the sacred overlap between work and meaning.
Ernie holds a patent in microscopy and has helped bring to life everything from stem cell tools to motorcycle cup holders. He loves good food, believes cooking is an act of love, and still thinks the best ideas start with a dream, a whiteboard, and a really good playlist.
